Titleist introduces new limited-edition T-Series Black Vapor irons, bringing the latest generation of tour-proven Titleist iron technology and performance in a premium black look.

The Titanium Carbide Vapor finish, available on T100, T150, T250 and T350 models, is bonded to the clubhead with a vapor-deposition process and designed for exceptional durability and smudge-resistance. Golf Pride Tour Velvet Blackout grips and True Temper Onyx shaft offerings complete the Black Vapor look in stock configurations.

All models will be available in both right and left hand, with blended sets an option via custom order, allowing golfers to optimise their bags based on their unique fitting and performance needs.

T-Series Black Vapor irons are available for pre-sale today and will be in golf shops worldwide on Thursday, July 23.

T-SERIES IRONS ON TOUR

Titleist has been the most played iron for 21 of the last 22 seasons on the PGA TOUR, including each of the last 12.

A select number of players across the worldwide professional tours game T-Series Black irons, including Cameron Smith, who was one of the first to ask for a black finish on his Titleist irons. Smith plays a setup of T250 and T100 Black irons.

“I've used the black finish since the AP2’s came out, I can't remember how long ago,” said Smith, who won the 150th Open Championship with a set of T100 Black irons. “I think for me just how they look, looks like a tighter finish line on top. They also look a little bit smaller, so I feel like you kind of have to concentrate a little bit more to see it.”
